DESCRIPTION:PCQ Metropolitan Zone 1 Annual General Meeting \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF METROPOLITAN ZONE 1 WILL BE HELD AT PCQ UNIT 3 / 14 ASHTAN PLACE BANYO ON MONDAY 6th FEBRUARY 2023 AT 7.00 PM.\n\n\n\n Nominations for the Management Committee positions must be in the hands of the Zone Secretary by no later than 7.00 pm Monday 23rd January 2023.  These nominations must be in writing\, signed by the president and secretary of the nominating club\, and also by the nominee.Any Notice of Motion for the A.G.M must be in the hands of the Zone Secretary by no later than 7.00 PM Monday 23rd January 2023\n\n\n\nSecretaries Please Note:Names of your Clubs Three(3) Delegates to Zone Meetings\, who are the only People eligible to vote for your Club\, along with  your Zone Affiliation fee of $25 MUST be in by the day of the A.G.M. or your Club will not be entitled to a vote ( Constitution 5.1) This Affiliation Fee is to be paid by Direct Deposit prior to the meeting or by Cheque / Cash on the night of the meeting.
