  • Ribbons to 6th place in all age groups.
  • TROPHIES to third place in all age groups.
  • Sash for highest overall points. Sash for Runner Up

  • Pennants for highest club points & Runner Up club for zone 1

  • Best Presented Champion Rug & Runner Up Trophy

  • Rein Drill Champion Rug & Runner Up Trophy (to be judged at lunchtime)

  • Newcomer Trophy

  • Points to 10th place for Club Points (pairs not counted towards overall points)

  • Seniors points are not eligible towards overall club points

Terms & Conditions

  • Nominations

    • Cost: $35 (including $5 Levy for Paramedics)
    • Close of Nominations: Monday 24th May, 2021
    • All Nominations via this web site.
  • General Conditions

    1. No Smoking on pony club grounds.
    2. No rider is to have a phone on them while mounted. If you are seen with a phone on you while mounted you will be eliminated for the day.
    3. Late nomination fee of $5.00 per rider will apply after this date.
    4. All events will be run as per current PCQ RULE BOOK unless otherwise stated.
    5. Same equipment as used in Presentation must be used in Rider Class.
    6. No additions or deletion or leaving the arena between Presentation & Rider Class.
    7. All Riders MUST participate in the Mounted presentation.
    8. Riders must not leave the grounds until after presentation unless permission given from the CHIEF STEWARD.  Competitors must produce their 2021 PCQ Membership card or they will not ride. Horses must be ridden at a walk at all times when not competing. This includes the car park areas.
    9. DISPUTES: All complaints should be made to the Chief Steward. Disputes committee will adjudicate accordingly. The complaint must be lodged in writing within 30 minutes & be accompanied by a fee of $50.
    10. By nominating for this Event competitors agree to allow Met. Zone 1 to use any photos taken of them at the Event for promotional purposes on their web.

    • Neither the organising committee of any contest to which these rules apply, nor the PCAQ, accept any liability for any accident, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, ground, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever.
  • Reservation of Rights

    The Organisers reserve the right:
    (a) to cancel any class or event.
    (b) to divide any class.
    (c) to alter the advertised times
    (d) to refuse any entry, with or without stating the reason
    (e) to transfer competitors between sections of a class
    (f) to combine classes if less than 3 competitors

  • BioSecurity

    In the event of horse movement restrictions, each participant will be responsible for the care, maintenance and cost of their horse/horses. Including and not limited to feeding, watering and vet cost for the time of the restrictions.

  • Conflicts in Program

    Where conflicts or discrepancies appear in the program, the information contained in this website will be considered the definitive version.  It is the competitors duty to check this site regularly prior to the event.

  • Workers & Stewards

    Stewards: 1 Steward per 3 riders on competition day.
